Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers across long-distance routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, or unforeseen delays. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight details, and delivery documentation in compliance with DOT standards.
