Job Description:
Senior Billing and Collections LeadA favorite client is seeking
an experience billing and collections professional to join their
team. This is a newly created role to bring a more centralized
focus and greater oversight to the order to cash process. They are
seeking a self-starter who can bring process improvements as well
as the ability to interact with multiple departments within the
organization.Responsibilities:* Create invoices and verify for
accuracy* Collect on receivables and follow up on past due
balances* Create weekly aging reports* Respond to customer service
requests and inquiries* Escalate payment issues with appropriate
department* Ensure customer invoicing and payment process aligns
with company policies* Develop and implement new processes and
proceduresQualifications:* 5+ years of billing and collections
experience* Experience using customer portals* Strong Excel
skills
