Job Description:

A non profit youth organization is in need of a Remote Global Finance and Administration Management Director.

Must be able to:
Develop and ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures that effectively address risks
Represent Finance and diverse perspective in various cross-organization working groups
Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process in collaboration with CFO and management
Qualifications Include:

Requires bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Exceptional emotional intelligence and collaboration skills to work with cross-institutional teams
Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
Minimum 8 years of senior level accounting/financial experience with global non-profit organizations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, general ledger, budgeting and financial reporting packages
Tech savvy experience in the design and maintenance of financial management systems
