Job Description:

Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain precise financial records using journal entries, QuickBooks Enterprise, and other accounting software Generate detailed financial statements and reports for review by management Assist in income tax preparation and filing. Conduct reconciliations for credit cards and prepare 1099 forms with the help of CPAs Execute full charge bookkeeping tasks, including balance sheets and month-end closure Perform reconciliations and prepare trial balances for auditing purposes Preferred experience in financial accounting and enrolled agent status Support year-end closing procedures and collaborate with external auditors Utilize accounting software like Qucikbooks Online to enhance operational efficiency Company Overview: Northeast Private Client Group is a boutique financial services advisory firm.
