Job Description:
Join Barclays as an HR Portfolio Project Manager AVP. At

closely with the payroll team to assist with transformation and
transition projects within the HR function. You will help guide
change requests, supporting efforts to improve processes, and
contributing to the implementation of HR technology solutions. You
will also have the opportunity to collaborate with various service
lines to evaluate potential impacts and help ensure the smooth
execution of payroll-related activities. This will give you a
chance to support ongoing improvements and contribute to the
evolving payroll and HR environment in exciting ways. To be
successful as an HR Portfolio Project Manager AVP, you should have:
Demonstrated experience in U.S. payroll operations Experience
supporting transformation and transition projects Familiarity with
Agile methodologies for change request implementation Experience
with Workday and ServiceNow preferred; PMP Certification is a plus

thinking You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant

technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is
located in Whippany, NJ. Minimum Salary: $115,000 Maximum Salary:
$155,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above
include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include
any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

incentive award. Purpose of the role To manage change projects that
help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while
ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in
control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal
policies and procedures. Accountabilities Management of change
projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered
on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality
standards. Development and management of project plans that outline
the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for
change projects. Communication with stakeholders, including senior
management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that
they are informed about project progress and that their needs and
expectations are being met. Management of project teams, ensuring
that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary
skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives. Management
of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the
agreed budget. Creation of reports on project progress to ensure
that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions,
issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as
necessary. Facilitation of change management activities, including
training and communication, to ensure that change projects are
successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
Assistant Vice President Expectations To advise and influence

responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely
with other functions/ business divisions. Lead a team performing
complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and
skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function.

in relation to the work done. Perform work that is closely related
to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas
coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of
the organisation sub-function. Collaborate with other areas of
work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with
business activity and the business strategy. Engage in complex
analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and
external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas,
teams, companies, etc).to solve problems creatively and
effectively. Communicate complex information. Complex information
could include sensitive information or information that is
difficult to communicate because of its content or its audience.
