Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Masters in Tax preferred Extensive experience with federal and state corporate tax return preparation Strong working knowledge of ASC 740 and corporate tax provision calculations Previous exposure to international tax matters and cross-border tax planning Proficiency in tax research and planning, with ability to present findings to leadership Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
