your professional development. Job Summary As a Senior Associate in
the Markets Asset Servicing Team, you will play a pivotal role in
the end-to-end processing of global income and Corporate Actions
events across a diverse range of securities. You will work closely
with trading desks, middle office, finance, and settlements,
gaining broad exposure to our products and operations. In this
role, you will lead complex workflows, mentor junior team members,
and drive process improvements that enhance our service delivery.

across products and markets. Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee
daily operations for Dividends, Coupons, and Corporate Actions
across multiple markets and securities, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness. Serve as the primary escalation contact, investigating
and resolving complex event-related queries. Act as a subject
matter expert, providing guidance and support to junior team
members. Manage high-volume workflows and prioritize tasks to meet
critical deadlines. Ensure all regulatory reporting and daily
controls are completed accurately and on time. Produce and analyze
operational metrics, identifying trends and recommending
improvements. Proactively identify and escalate issues,
collaborating with team members to resolve challenges. Support cash
and stock break management, investigating and resolving
discrepancies. Contribute to process improvement initiatives,
recommending and implementing more efficient methods. Participate
in projects driven by industry mandates, process enhancements, or
client requirements. Maintain up-to-date awareness of risk policies
and procedures, ensuring adherence to escalation protocols.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or
equivalent work experience. Three years of experience in asset
servicing or securities operations, with expertise in corporate
actions and income processing. Strong understanding of the
transaction and trade lifecycle, and global securities products.
Advanced risk and control awareness, with experience implementing
mitigating controls. Proven ability to manage high-volume,
deadline-driven workflows with accuracy and quality. Excellent
problem-solving, analytical, and issue resolution skills. Strong
relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to
collaborate across teams and with external counterparties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Series 99 license required, or willingness to obtain on the job
within 180 days. Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a
collaborative team environment. High degree of attention to detail
and adaptability to changing business needs. Preferred
Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience with industry
systems and tools related to asset servicing. Demonstrated success
in process improvement or project participation. Exposure to global
markets and multi-asset class products. Ability to work
independently and drive initiatives forward. Strong organizational
and time management skills. Experience supporting regulatory or
audit requirements. Commitment to continuous learning and
professional development. Please note that relocation assistance is
not available for this position. This is an on-site role , and
candidates must be willing to work from the office, as remote work
is not offered .
