Job Description:

Trinity Rehab is seeking an Office Administrator for our growing physical therapy clinics! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Performing and managing insurance authorizations
  • Managing and tracking various company spreadsheets/reports
  • Assisting the billing department with various duties
  • Answering the phones
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Ordering supplies HOURS
    • Mon, Wed and Thu: 8:00am-6:30pm
    • Tue and Fri: 8:00am-12:00pm MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Physical therapy office experience preferred **PAY RATE $18 - $20 per hour** Trinity Rehab requires all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work.
