Responsibilities: • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to support operational needs. • Assist with the setup and maintenance of practice management systems. • Conduct clerical support tasks, ensuring all data is formatted and recorded properly. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for tasks involving formulas, pivots, and vlookups. • Participate in training sessions to learn system functionalities and workflows. • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within organizational systems. • Provide support for payroll commission processes by verifying input data. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, pivots, and vlookups. • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision. • Interest in learning and working with system-based tools. • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Previous experience in data entry or clerical support is preferred but not required.
