Job Description:

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating social channels for the Branch's interactions with the public by implementing and maintaining all social media platforms' content strategies. They will analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions and plan digital campaigns to enhance the online community and strength the Branch awareness.

  • Support all the branch's social media platforms which include:
    • Creating and scheduling all social media content and posts
    • Working with Graphic Designers to create graphics as needed
    • Increase followers on all social media platforms
    • Engaging with social media followers, responding to questions, comments, and reviews
    • Seeking and developing opportunities to cobrand on social media platforms
    • Assisting and educating Loan Officers with setting up social media pages and ensuring they adhere to social media compliance guidelines
    • Connecting with branch employees to gather organic and user-generated content (example: company news, photos of closings, branch culture, employee highlights, customer, and partner reviews)
    • Working in SEO platform to research and act on optimization and ranking opportunities
    • Providing quarterly social media and Google Analytics reporting
    • Hosting periodic and/or monthly training sessions for loan officers on social best practices which include
      • Assisting with social media set up and development
      • Building strategies on scheduling social media posts
      • Encouraging Loan Officer to improve on accountability to manage their social media
      • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and social media
      • Supporting with ad hoc marketing related projects as needed Qualifications:
        • 2+ years on social media marketing experience - real estate or mortgage industry a plus
        • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Tick Tok)
        • Working knowledge of SEO and paid advertising
        • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Canva (Graphic Design experience a plus)
        • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
