Job DescriptionTeaching and facilitating fitness classes that are highly engaging and motivating to our members. We are seeking a highly entertaining, motivating, and energetic instructor. Classes combine Cardio HIIT training together with strength training in a small to medium group environment. Position is part time, Mon to Fri, hours vary from early to mid-morning and evenings. Some weekend work may be required occasionally. Interaction with members on social media company hidden pages will be required and desired. We strive to deliver a fun and unique exercise concept, and thus all training and certification will be provided upon hiring. An entire weekend training session will be provided to you to meet certification requirements.WHAT WILL IT BE LIKE WORKING FOR US?You will be part of what we call a "family", in a highly supportive environment, with like-minded individuals who strive to make their classes a fun and unique experience. Working with us gives you the right amount of individuality and creativity to run your own style of classes within our policy and framework, and yet we also provide enough tools and resources to assist you in doing so as well. What other fitness center can say they train and certify their instructors from 0 to 100 all on their own at the company's expense?WHAT WILL I BE DOING?* You will be leading a 45-minute workout at the same time each weekday, while engaging members by becoming their friend and mentor. * The workouts should differ from day to day, combining and alternating between Cardio HIIT training and strength training, together with some element of kickboxing.* Ensure safe practices by providing modifications to exercises when needed, providing exercise corrections, advise members on healthy eating habits, and motivating members by providing a high energy pep talk at the end of each class. * Interaction with members through social media outside of class hours to assist in answering questions regarding the program.DOES THIS INTEREST YOU?If the answer is yes, then send us a message so we can get started on working on your new career!
