Job Description:

Looking for a 2nd/3rd shift employee who is well rounded and can possibly fill multiple roles. Employee could be responsible for running the plant, routine maintenance, operating heavy equipment and potentially be trained as a dredge operator. Employees typically work 50 hour weeks with potential for more when needed. All positions are year round that require outside work during all seasons, employees should expect to get dirty each day and be involved on all levels of the operation. Strong work ethic, willing to lean, some equipment or maintenance experience and a mild temperament are required. The employee should also be comfortable working on elevated catwalks and be able to swim as we work out of boats and around water often. Skills listed below are preferred, but not all required.

• Heavy Equipment experience, especially wheel loaders.
• Experience loading trucks
• Dredge operation a plus
• Expierence with cranes, rigging and erection of large equipment
• Mechanically inclined with industrial maintenance experience
• Fabrication
• Conveyors
• Welding experience; Mig and Stick
• Oxygen and Acetylene torch experience
• Electrical experience
• 24V and 480V systems preferred
• Hydraulic/pneumatic system experience
