A Network Engineer Consultant in the Mid-Atlantic North Centralized
SPOC (Single Point of Contact) group will be a member of a team of
engineers and consultants located in NJ/PA/DE. This workgroup s
responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Telecommunication, DSL, and DS0-level service order provisioning,
inter-departmental assistance including field technician calls,
Telecommunication address corrections / inquiries, NTAS
administration, EWO creation/management and the
monitoring/resolution of RMAs (Request for Manual Assistance) and
held orders.
Strong computer skills (window-based programs i.e., Word, Excel
etc) are a MUST.
Knowledge of current client Outside Plant Engineering methods and
procedures.
Knowledge of ICGS, iVAPP, BDMS, LFACS, NTAS, vBuild
(Telecommunication Proprietary Databases).
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Systems analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent telecom experience.
