Job Description Job Description Maintenance Supervisor The
Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating
maintenance, setup, and project-related activities across the site.
This role ensures equipment reliability, quality workmanship,
timely execution, and proper functional testing of all work
performed during the shift. Key Responsibilities Lead, train,
supervise, evaluate, and coach maintenance personnel to ensure
safe, efficient, and high-quality work. Support Engineers and
Managers with project planning and contractor oversight for major
equipment installations, upgrades, rebuilds, and modifications.
Recommend, implement, and review equipment modifications and
improvements as identified. Coordinate and supervise equipment
repairs using qualified internal and external resources. Schedule
and oversee maintenance and repair activities across site
production and support equipment. Plan and manage preventive
maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime and optimize
maintenance frequency. Ensure compliance with safety standards,
work procedures, and operational best practices. Drive continuous
improvement in maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and
team performance. Experience & Skills Progressive experience in an
industrial or manufacturing environment, including supervisory
responsibilities. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on
maintenance expertise. Proven leadership ability with demonstrated
supervisory and technical competency. Ability to work a flexible
schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as part of
management coverage. Working knowledge of: TIG welding MIG welding
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
