Job Description Job Description Fritch, Inc., a team of expert heating and cooling professionals dedicated to providing the best solution and service to our customers, has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will travel to each customer’s location to inspect their current equipment, identify problems with their units, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance. We work with both commercial and residential customers. Our ideal candidate can work independently. HVAC Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities Identify and diagnose HVAC system deficiencies Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety Perform preventative maintenance and necessary repairs on air conditioning, heat pump, gas and oil-fired heating systems HVAC Service Technician Requirements and Qualifications Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency in refrigerants is required Proficient with hand tools including volt-ohm multimeter to perform electrical troubleshooting Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Reliable, self-motivated and able to work overtime when required Good written and verbal communication skills Benefits include medical, dental and 401(k) plan, paid vacation and paid holidays.
