Position Overview The Quick Lube / Entry-Level Technician role is the first step in a clearly defined automotive technician career path. While this position does not begin as a union role, motivated individuals can become eligible for union membership once they advance into a certified technician position. This opportunity is ideal for humble, hungry, and ambitious individuals who want to learn, earn more as they develop skills, and build a long-term career in the automotive field. What This Role Leads To With training, certification, and strong performance, this role can progress to: Mid-Level Automotive Technician Toyota-Certified Technician Union Technician status upon qualification Long-term career growth within our service department Advancement is performance- and certification-based, not time-based.
