Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6 AM-6PM Training will be on 1st shift
for ~ 3 months What You Will Do: The Cell Leader - AWW will provide
leadership and direction with emphasis on team building through
employee meetings, effective communications, and in developing an
efficient team that is responsible for engine assembly. Establish
standards and expectation for work effort and performance for
subordinates. Give constant feedback on performance to those
standards. Communicate with other department personnel and
customers to ensure customer satisfaction and actively to address
issues and engage the workforce in achieving production goals.
Allocate and assigning resources, coach employees to improve
performance when needed, perform administrative functions as
related to bargaining unit employees including maintaining
training, quality, and attendance records and manage cell overtime
and equitably distribute among employees. Ensure that all employees
are fully trained in required aspects of Environmental Health &
Safety, World Class safety culture is maintained and respond to all
Environmental Health & Safety requirements promptly and department
equipment is clean, properly maintained, records and labels
properly affixed, and uptime optimized while meeting all safety
requirements. Ensure full involvement in continuous improvement
initiatives is consistently upheld. Utilize continuous improvement
tools to improve production, performance, and reduce scrap, rework,
and repair. Achieve continuous improvement levels as planned.
Ensure compliance to all Quality policies and procedures. Control
quality, productivity, and process flow to meet customer Material
Requirement Planning (MRP) requirements while ensuring a high level
of customer satisfaction. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s
degree and minimum 5 years experience in an engineering,
manufacturing, operations, production, quality or related
industrial environment OR Associate's degree and minimum 7 years'
experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations,
production, quality or related industrial environment In absence of
a degree, 9 or more years' experience in an engineering,
manufacturing, operations, production, quality or related
industrial environment Experience in MS Office applications,
specifically MS PowerPoint and Excel Qualifications We Prefer: STEM
degree Experience as a team lead Continuous improvement
certificates/training such as 6 sigma practitioner/Professional
certification. Understanding of Environmental Health & Safety

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as
they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates
will learn more about role type and current site status throughout
the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to
and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal
responsibility. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure
hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of
the interview process in-person at one of our office locations,
regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or
remote. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role,
function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
