Director, Revenue Cycle ManagementGRN Lincoln Square is conducting a search for a Director, Revenue Cycle Management for a fast-growing ABA Therapy/Autism provider located in Northern NJ (Monmouth County). They are a well-funded private company that operates In-Home and Center-based ABA therapy in multiple states.--This will be an office-based position in NJ (post-Covid).Role* Direct and oversee all aspects of Revenue Cycle Operations, including credentialing, charge capture, billing, claims follow-up and collections, payment application and denials management.* Develop strategies across all functional departments to exceed cash collections, reduce day outstanding A/R, and reduce denial and adjustment rates.* Tracks key revenue cycle performance indicators, reporting data and metrics to leadership and stakeholders across the organization.* Ensures systems and processes are in place for compliance with contract requirements around claim submission, including service provision/documentation, established fee schedules, credentialing, and site enrollments.* Manage payer contracts and support payer relationships.* Provides oversight, with financial leadership, on the GL close as it relates to revenue/A/R and billing.* Provides monthly reporting to management on trends in aged balances, customer issues, and provides recommendations to resolve issues.* Monitors collections and claim submissions to maximize cash flow against established goals.* Oversees analysis and recording of revenue adjustments write offs and denial activity and provides recommendations to mitigate future denied claims/write offs.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (Master's degree preferred)* Minimum 5 years' proven progressive experience in healthcare receivables management* Strong, in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices including: Medical billing, coding (CPC preferred), collections, compliance, payer enrollment/credentialing and financial reporting.* Solid financial management skills including: forecasting, trending, benchmarking, and financial analysis of organizational and departmental performance to established key performance indicators (KPIs)* Knowledge and experience with industry charge methodology, billing and collection* Critical thinking and problem-solving* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, projects, and demands with a sense of urgency and positivity * Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteIf you meet these requirements and are interested in this role, please apply below.
