Job Description:

As an Associate Partner Relationship Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build a career working with various HR technology vendors to ensure that iCIMS delivers the best experience for our customers and their candidates. You will also have a hand in creating the world's largest ecosystem of integrated recruiting saas software technologies. If you have the gift of gab, a high level of customer commitment, and attention to detail, this might be the role for you!--This role can be based in the Holmdel, NJ area or remote-based.

  • Partner and manage an assigned group of iCIMS' integrated service provider (ISV) partners with the goal of strengthening mutually beneficial business relationships and driving increased revenue.
  • Enable sales organization to leverage existing partner relationships to drive new business pipeline and positively influence existing business.
  • Learn and articulate the value proposition of the iCIMS Talent Cloud and partner ecosystem so new and existing partners see the "value add" of the relationship.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned partners including partner value propositions, markets, business challenges and customer opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams communicate the narrative around partner initiatives.
  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure all partner needs are effectively addressed.
  • With management guidance, serve as a first level of escalation for partner related issues.
  • Begin to deliver product and sales specific training so partners can sell iCIMS effectively to their clients and prospects.
  • Support important relationships with existing referral partners.
  • Track, measure, report and evaluate partner performance
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas on a monthly basis from assigned book.
    • At least one year of related experience in a partner facing role--
    • An energized self-starter with the ability to build and nurture relationships with partners
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills with a consultative and solution/value selling approach
    • Strong results orientation with comfort working in a quota driven environment
    • Effective organizational and project management skills
    • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving
