Are you a Senior Payroll Professional out of the Healthcare Industry looking for your next opportunity? LHH Recruitment Solutions (fka Parker Lynch) is searching for the next Assistant Vice President of Payroll for our client in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Reporting to the CFO, in this role, you will manage a team and the payroll process for 10,000 employees. Professionals with additional experience in implementing payroll systems, mergers and acquisitions, and standardizing procedures, will excel in this role. Responsibilities --- Management of the day-to-day functions of the Payroll Department --- Direct all Payroll strategies and collaborating with Senior Leadership --- Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage the payroll department team as a leader --- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and all tax compliance --- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, including local, state, federal, and all employment laws --- Oversee process testing, standardization, automations, and improvements --- Serve as the trusted advisor and contact for Payroll for all key stakeholders Qualifications --- Bachelor---s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field REQUIRED --- Master---s degree preferred --- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred --- 10 years of experience --- Experience working in complex, multi-locations --- Experience implementing payroll systems preferred --- Experience with standardizing procedures a plus --- Experience with mergers and acquisitions a plus --- Experience with union and non-union payroll that is centralized a plus Employment Type Permanent Compensation $175,000 Depending on Experience If you are interested in this position or any other Accounting and Finance career opportunities, please apply and contact Kellie Sclafani at kellie.sclafanilhh.com Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit https://www.lhh.com/us/en/privacy-policy
