Job Description:

Stratus Technology Services is seeking a Director of Regional IT to manage our client's multi sourced end-user facing support team, as well as supporting staff with IT issues, requests, and projects that require IT involvement. You will provide customer service to end users in North America, primarily in the United States, by managing the regional Site IT teams to prevent or quickly resolve incidents and requests. Managing this team includes onboarding/offboarding, training, developing, setting goals, and evaluating performance based on SLA's/KPI's/CSAT and project targets.Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Service Level Management, Incident, Problem solving and Change Management skills.
• Excellent people management skills with proven ability to build relationships with all levels.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and analytical skills.
• End user computing, client deployment and configuration.
• Experience in managing a virtual IT team and supporting a large-scale IT environment with WAN and LAN technology
• 5+ years' experience in managing contractors/outsourced staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Preferred Background:
  • ITIL Service Manager certification
  • Prince II Practitioner (or equivalent project management) certification
  • Experience as ITIL process manager
  • Experience in leading Small, medium, and Large-sized projects in an international, multi-cultural, environment
