The Park Avenue Securities Account Transfer Relationship Manager (PAS RM) will be responsible for handling all aspects of client service to a select set of Top-Tier PAS and Guardian producers, with a focus on supporting incoming account transfers. This role will provide a high level of attention to the incoming account transfer process with a goal of reducing turnaround time and improving the client experience. The ideal candidate has specific knowledge and experience of the account transfer process and has a deep understanding of the industry's account transfer protocols.



+ In addition to account transfer experience, the PAS RM must have a superior understanding of the BD and RIA operations and regulatory environment, experience with Pershing NetX360, as well as experience with direct service providers, such as Albridge, Envestnet, Orion, SEI. The PAS RM should also possess superior communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work independently. The PAS RM would be expected to handle complex business scenarios and devise solutions, from suggestion to implementation. The position requires a confident, pleasant individual, able to think on their feet, well spoken and articulate. Extensive customer service, operations or sales experience will be required. The ability to pull together different groups in the Home Office (Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology) and the parent company (Guardian - Agency, GLIC, GIAC, Berkshire) to achieve these goals is important. The ability to teach others (i.e., field, clients, sponsors, vendors) about our business model, parent company, policies and procedures, and products and services is crucial to being successful. This position requires an individual who is an excellent listener, able to draw out needs and desires that the field has, through probing questions, helping to design custom solutions to satisfy those business requirements. The PAS RM will be the primary point of contact for all BD and RIA related activities



**Experience/Qualifications:**



General requirements for this role include experience with broker dealer business (brokerage accounts, mutual funds, variable annuities, etc.), advisory business (3rd party and on- platform through Envestnet), Financial Planning and Consulting, and commission inquiries on all products. In addition to handling the incoming calls and emails, the PAS RM will be required to build relationships with their advisors through proactive calls outs, as well as virtual visits. The RM would also be responsible for coordinating training requests, identifying client or advisor impacts when processes and procedures change, and communicating key updates from the business units across PAS.

+ Organized, and can build and add structure to a new process



College degree or equivalent work experience required. Securities license preferred (Series 65).

**Salary Range**



$65,380.00 - $108,970.00



The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
