Job Description:
The Account Manager - IT Staff Augmentation is accountable for
driving strategic customer engagement to land, expand, and evolve
the technology staff augmentation business, meeting established
individual contributor sales targets and supporting the Company's
overall strategic growth objectives.
This position requires solid sales planning skills, high drive and
determination, results-driven mindset, and an understanding of
formal sales methodologies, pipeline management, analysis skills,
effective communication, and customer focus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive strategic customer engagement to land and expand the
Company's technology staffing business.
- Commit to and deliver results by meeting individual assigned
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota targets while
contributing to overall team targets.
- Develop and execute an effective sales plan to drive sales
revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively articulate and demonstrate Stratus Tech's unique
business and value drivers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision
makers.
- Set, develop, and participate in technical and sales
presentations to clients.
- Manage intricate contract negotiations.
- Manage the relationship and knowledge transfer to the
Recruitment team.
- Effectively forecast sales opportunities while tracking sales
activities, managing sales pipeline data, and using critical
metrics that predict sales success utilizing the Salesforce
CRM.
- Attend and contribute to 1:1 sales management and team meetings
and report progress towards achieving established performance
targets and account strategies with management and peers.
- Represent the Company at trade shows, conferences, industry
meetings, and other avenues to bring awareness of Stratus
capabilities and value drivers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Stratus' staff augmentation
offerings to develop sales strategies, guide prospects, and
articulate value propositions.
- Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape
and industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in technology staff
augmentation and achieving consistent sales growth
objectives
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or
equivalent years of experience in technology staff
augmentation
- Comprehensive experience and knowledge of the P&C insurance
industry preferred
- Proven "hunter" (new business) with the knowledge and ability
to apply consultative selling methodologies
- Strategic sales planning abilities and comprehensive
understanding of the technology staff augmentation sales
cycle
- Proven record of success across the entire sales cycle, from
planning to closing and retention
- Experience gaining access, building relationships, networking,
and influencing senior leaders, and business
decision-makers
- Proven ability to record, track accurately, and analyze sales
performance data and in creating on-target sales forecasts
- Able to function independently and collaboratively with team
members
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills; able to
adapt communication style to multiple stakeholders and
cultures
- Outstanding and demonstrated relationship-building abilities
with all levels in an organization
- Proficiency in CRM technology
- Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Ability to travel 50%, on average
