Case Manager - LEADThe Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program (LEAD) is a National Model in which law enforcement officers exercise discretionary authority at point of contact with a community member to divert individuals to a community based, harm reduction intervention program for law violations driven by unmet behavioral health needs. These community members are referred to a trauma-informed, intensive case management program that provides a wide range of support services and linkages to treatment.
