• Evaluating and preparing a wide range of financial alternatives and quantitative analysis, including detailed analysis and models on leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flows, mergers and acquisitions accretion and dilution, and multiple valuation.
• Leading and supporting the execution of complex transactions and time-sensitive processes, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and agreement negotiation.
• Analyzing financial data, and conducting research of targeted industries to support investment opportunities.
• Crafting industry and competitive analyses by designing and developing quantitative models to assess the economic performance of targeted companies.
• Creating client marketing and pitch materials through the coordination of internal and external resources.
• Maintaining active involvement and participation in client facing situations and negotiations.
• Providing mentorship and development to junior staff.QualificationsQualified applicants will prove to be highly motivated and team-oriented with excellent leadership records. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitionsExpected annualized base salary range: $250,000 - $275,000The annual base salary range reflects the low and high targets of the estimated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary an employee in this role receives may vary depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: work location, job-related knowledge, and prior experience.
