- Principal focus on growing existing clients against stated
growth targets;
- Works with CEO to implement effective incentive plans for
Client Partnerships team
- Performs regular strategic business reviews with key
clients;
- Mentors and develops Managers, Client Partnerships in best
practices to engage clients and grow accounts;
- Provides strategic insight as a senior member of the MCE
team;
- Collaborates with Client Partnerships team around new growth
opportunities that align with client needs and our
capabilities;
- Oversees the development, implementation and presentation of
Strategic Key Account Plans by Client Partnerships team;
- Oversees department activities to ensure delivery of innovative
MedComms solutions to our clients;
- Meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets; including
monthly achievement of the department's KPIs;
- Collaborates with team to develop a strategic plan for
department performance, training, and talent development;
- Manages departmental budget and identifies areas of efficiency
and of concern;
- Reinforces behaviors that are aligned with our core values.Time

- Business development with existing clients (80%)
- Personnel management and administrative responsibilities
(15%)
- Miscellaneous responsibilities as contributing member of
Management Team (5%)Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in a Medical Communications
agency required (client facing)
- Excellent understanding of Medical Communications deliverables
for Medical Affairs clients
- Accurate and detail-oriented working style with a high degree
of integrity, tact and confidentiality
- Willing to travel to client meetings and medical
congresses
- Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools,
