As the Sr. Director of Business Development - Market Access Solutions you will drive customer success for Deployment Solutions and Syneos Health overall with local, regional, and global accounts. You will:

  • Identify prospective customer needs, identify the strategies, tactics, resources and people required to address the need.
  • Review and manage pipeline information and customer relationships with competitors to identify potential new business leads, growth opportunities or future competitive trends.
  • Document all activities in customer relationships management system for management view and oversight.
  • Mentor, train, manage and develop members of the Business Development team.Minimum Requirements:
    • Advanced degree in Business or Life Sciences field.
    • 5-7+ years in Market Access and/or Patient Support services.
    • Experience with launch and mature brands.
    • Proven track record to manage multiple selling strategies and approaches to market.
    • Action oriented and results driven - moves quickly and with purpose and has relevant experience in a B2B, consultative sales environment.Desired Requirements:
      • 8 years' experience in the life science industry in sales, marketing, commercial operations and/or business development capacity.
      • 8 years' customer or service side or 8+ years' experience selling to pharmaceutical industry sales/marketing or operations decision makers.The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $210,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
