looking for a *Director of Nursing (DON)* to join our partner's
team in *Philadelphia, PA* to work within a _short term
care/inpatient acute rehabilitation_ setting. This opportunity
offers a complete range of skilled nursing and rehabilitative

OPPORTUNITY (not contract).*_*Key Responsibilities:** Plan,
organize, and direct all nursing service activities to ensure the
highest standards of care for residents within an inpatient acute
rehabilitation setting.* Provide leadership and professional
development to nursing staff through structured in-service
education and training.* Develop and implement individualized
nursing care plans in partnership with patients and their
designated care partners.* Evaluate and improve nursing care
practices to ensure optimal quality and efficient utilization of
resources.* Oversee compliance with federal, state, and facility
policies, procedures, and regulations.* Serve as a liaison between
nursing staff, residents, families, and other healthcare
professionals.* Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that
prioritizes the dignity, rights, and well-being of all residents.*
Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement
initiatives in collaboration with other members of the leadership
team.* Other duties as assigned*Key Requirements:** Active,
unencumbered Registered Nurse license within state of practice*
Minimum of 5 years of full-time or equivalent clinical nursing
experience.* At least 2 years of nursing supervision experience in
a Short Term Care setting.* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
certification from the American Heart Association* Bachelors (BSN)
or Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related
field preferred* Certification in Gerontological Nursing or Nursing
Administration preferred but not required*Compensation and
Schedule:** Salary range beginning at $110K but can be
significantly more based on education and experience* Comprehensive
