Meets all requirements on competency skills checklist. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors.Job Qualifications: Master s degree in Family Nursing required with certification of NP/APN. Three to five years prior experience in related health care setting required. Active New Jersey License/eligibility for National Certification in specialty if applicable. BLS required. Superb communication skills. Willing to go above and beyond for patient satisfaction. Able to work with multiple department heads and political and hospital officials to render optimal care for all.Behavioral Health experience or Mental Health Certification required.
