We are seeking a Clinical Quality Control Leader to join our Team! Join New Jersey's largest Gastroenterology Organization with our robust CRO and Pathology Teams Summary

  • Lead a quality program for ADH with the use of quality assurance tools and activities to develop improvement strategies to enhance quality of care in our Gastroenterology Health environment
  • The Clinical Quality Lead is the primary contact with the ADH CRO team and will support the CRO with regulatory and ethics submissions. The Clinical Quality Lead will keep the Medical Director and local CRO teams informed of the status of the study. In addition, the Clinical Quality Lead may conduct co-monitoring visits with the CRO as detailed in the Study Oversight Plan
  • Identify, develop, and implement policies and procedures related to quality requirements to ensure we meet and exceed all standards while streamlining and reducing waste in clinical processes
  • Responsible for alignment with payer, state and federal practice and documentation requirements and will serve as a subject matter expert in Quality Control requirements of providers licensed in Northeast.
  • The Clinical Quality Lead will involve the use of reviews, surveys, reports, quality indicator & KPI tracking to monitor quality at ADH. This will require the Clinical Quality Lead to have clinical, data and quality knowledge to effectively interface with providers, patients, payers, and ADH team members
  • The Clinical Quality Lead will also be responsible for managing and achieving timely resolution of client grievances and patient complaints related to any clinical quality concerns
  • The Clinical Quality Lead will collaborate with the compliance team to coordinate audits/site visits/ reviews from payers or regulatory entities related to clinical care delivery to make sure we achieve exceptional scores
  • The Clinical Quality Lead will implement training and performance improvement plans to reach target KPIs and quality indicatorsRequirements:
    • Must have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 6 - 7 years of relevant healthcare experience including 4 years of monitoring & site management experience.
    • RN Preferred
    • 2-4 years' experience as a Clinical Quality Lead, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job
    • Ability to meet definitive deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and enforce Clinical Quality processes
    • Dissect numbers and protocols
    • Self-starter
    • Entrepreneurial
