Patient-centered primary care practice with 6 locations is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join their established team of dedicated health providers.

Practice:
* Outpatient only clinic setting with a collegial collaborative practice environment
* Option for a 4 day week with minimal call schedule of 3 times per month
* Dedicated support staff of Medical Assistants (1:1), APNs, PAs and practice manager
* Teaching opportunities available

Compensation:
* Competitive base salary plus additional productivity incentives
* Generous PTO includes 23 combined days plus 6 Holidays, $3500 CME Allowance; Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, etc.
* Additional incentives to include a 10k residency stipend, 10k relocation assistance, and up to 110k in student loan assistance
