Summary of Job Function:

To review, profile, compound and dispense medications to a patient on the receipt of a physician s order. The pharmacist is responsible for the patient population from newborns to geriatrics. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.

Job Qualifications:

BA/BS in Pharmacy. NJ. Pharmacy License. One year current pharmacy experience, preferably in hospital.
