Works under the direction of either a registered professional nurse, the director of nursing or scheduled supervisor-in-charge. Provide personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to residents. Observes changes in residents' conditions and reports to nurse. Regularly checks on resident's safety and well-being.

Spring Oak Assisted Living at Forked River, is now hiring Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Wellness staff for our 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am. Located along a bus route for transportation purposes.

Standard shift:
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Overnight shift
Weekly schedule:
* Every weekend
* Monday to Friday
* Rotating weekends
* Weekend availability
