Overview Join One of New Jersey's Largest Academic Medical
CentersPediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for a
neonatal hospitalist to join our dynamic team of neonatologists,
NNPs and pediatric hospitalists at Monmouth Medical Center in Long
Branch, NJ
- 31-bed, Level-III NICU with an ADC of 25, and over 6,000 annual
deliveries
- Working hand in hand with the neonatologists, NNPS and
pediatric hospitalists to care for sick and well newborns
- Responsibilities include assisting with coverage of the NICU,
ability to attend high risk deliveries as the sole provider in
attendance, intubations, experience with central lines and needle
evacuation of pneumothorax
- Coverage of wellborn nursery and in-house NICU night call
- Ability to independently manage the step-down NICU unit
- Pediatric residency program with educational
responsibilities
- Full complement of in-house pediatric subspecialistsLong Branch
