• Provider Team: 5 OB/GYNs, 1 GYN, 3 Advanced Practitioners (+ 1 OB/GYN vacancy)
  
• 2 Office Locations: Hazlet & Little Silver, New Jersey
  
• On Call: 1 in 6 (with new OB/GYN) - Friday off following weekend call
  
• Office Deliveries: Approximately 40 per month
