LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Active, unrestricted New Jersey LPN license
Previous experience in long-term care is a plus but not required
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders and resident care plans
Monitor and assess residents' conditions, accurately documenting any changes or concerns
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care for residents
