Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Care Profession: Nursing
Specialty: PMAH Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours
per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years License: Active nursing license
required Certifications: OASIS, Case Management experience required
Must-Have: Willingness to service all areas of designated region
Description: We are looking for a home health Registered Nurse with
over 2 years of experience. Candidates must have experience with
OASIS and case management. The ideal candidate will be open to a
temporary to permanent position. The normal patient volume is 4-6
patients per day, translating to approximately 25-30 visits per
week, depending on new cases. Please note that there are no mileage
reimbursements; compensation will be on a straight pay basis.
