Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 14 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist/n/n Location/n New Jersey /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 X 12 hr shifts/week, Weekend Required, Holidays Required /n/nJob Description/n The Registered Respiratory Therapist, under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Services, is responsible for providing and administering all aspects of Respiratory Care Therapy and supportive equipment as outlined in the Department Policy and Procedure Manual. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Providing respiratory therapy under medical direction, focusing on the education, treatment, management, and diagnostic evaluation of patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies. /n - Assisting with intubation and managing ventilator setups. /n - Gathering essential patient information for assessments including disease education and consultations with healthcare professionals. /n - Building rapport and mutual respect with patients, caregivers, and team members to facilitate an optimum care environment. /n - Documenting and providing education to patients and caregivers based on identified needs. /n - Performing other duties and projects as assigned. /n - Adhering to organizational competencies and standards of behavior. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - High school diploma or equivalent. /n - Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy. /n - BLS - AHA certification. /n - ACLS and PALS certifications. /n - Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license. /n - Current and valid New Jersey Registered Respiratory Therapist credential. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
