This role involves planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patients' needs, identifying patient needs, and determining priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments. /n - Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs and physicians' medical diagnosis. /n - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care. /n - Document care based on standards of care and clinical priorities. /n - Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards. /n - Provide patient-centric care in line with the professional nursing practice model. /n - Other duties as assigned. /n /n/nSchedule/n This position is scheduled from 6:45 PM to 7:30 AM for three 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, with one winter and one summer holiday off during the contract.
