Christiana Care Health System is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to work at the Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital. As a Physical Therapist with Christiana Care, you will be part of a dynamic team which includes treating patients and providing therapy for individuals requiring rehabilitation after injury or disease process. You will establish appropriate treatment programs that include goals to be attained and complete all documentation relating to patient care, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Our skilled team of therapists has developed many special skills that enhance our care of the patients we serve. We encourage active learning and have a dynamic student affiliation program. Education and Experience Requirements: - Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy - CPR Certification required - Current Delaware license or eligibility for a Delaware License ChristianaCare’s Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital delivers personalized patient care that addresses each patient’s distinct needs. The center specializes in assisting patients and their families as they recover from amputation, brain injury, cancer complications, fractures, orthopedic conditions, joint replacement, neurologic disorders, spinal cord injuries, stroke, and trauma. Any individual hired into this position will be paid $59.00/hour plus any applicable shift differentials. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
