Job Description Job Description A young, dynamic private practice in Westchester County, NY, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative care team model with flexible scheduling, strong compensation, and full benefits. Position Details: Schedule: 2-24 hour shifts. Flexible days. Compensation: $475,000-$500,000 annual salary (W-2), full benefits Call: Optional, with a manageable workload (CRNA and backup MD support overnight) Case Mix: Mostly bread-and-butter cases, some obstetric anesthesia (800 deliveries/year) Regional skills preferred Benefits: Full benefits package for all full-time W-2 employees Malpractice insurance with an occurrence-based policy 401(k) employer contribution Weekends and holidays evenly distributed Opportunities for extra income with OT work available during 4 days off per week 6 weeks PTO.
