Our practice is known for delivering outstanding, compassionate care to complex patients across Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Suffolk County and the surrounding region. We specialize in pain management, wound care, amputee rehabilitation, neuro-rehabilitation, disability management, and comprehensive physiatric services .
