Job Description:

seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Oncology Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our team in Belleville, New Jersey. The ideal
candidate will play a critical role in providing top-notch care to
oncology patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. This
position allows you to work in a flexible, per diem capacity while
contributing to the healing and well-being of patients facing
cancer treatments. Provide direct and individualized nursing care
to oncology patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs,
and assist in pain management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to formulate a customized care plan. Educate patients and
their families on disease processes, treatment modalities, and
health maintenance and recovery. Document patient care services and
update records accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to all
relevant nursing and safety standards. Proficient in administering
chemotherapy and managing side effects. Adept at using electronic
health record (EHR) systems. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey. Oncology
Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred.
