accessible to everyone, everywhere. The Provider Marketing Manager
will shape and deliver compelling narratives that inform, engage,
and inspire Spring Health's diverse network of mental health
providers. This remote role is part of the Marketing team and plays
a critical role in communicating the value of new initiatives,
deepening provider connection, and ensuring the right message
reaches the right audience at the right time. This is a full-time
remote position on our team reporting directly to the Engagement
Lead, Provider Marketing. Occasional travel may be required for
company or team events. What you'll do: Develop and execute a
strategic provider communications plan that aligns with
organizational priorities and provider needs Craft clear, engaging,
and helpful messages across channels—email, SMS, in-app, and web—to
support new features, workflows, and initiatives Create and
maintain a centralized communications calendar in partnership with
Clinical Operations and Product Tailor content and messaging for
distinct provider segments and personas Elevate our provider
storytelling strategy with a focus on digestible, informative, and
actionable content Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure
provider communications are consistent, timely, and aligned with
broader engagement goals What success looks like in this role:
Maintain a comprehensive communications calendar with 100% on-time
execution Improve provider satisfaction with communications
decreasing inbound support tickets Increase adoption of new
features or initiatives through segmented messaging strategies What
you'll bring: 5 years of experience in communications, content
marketing, or provider engagement, ideally within healthcare or
health tech Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a
portfolio of multi-channel content Experience building segmented
communications strategies across varied personas or professional
roles Proficiency with tools such as Iterable, Braze or similar for
email, SMS, and in-app messaging Highly collaborative with strong
project management skills and attention to detail The target base
salary range for this position is $93,500 - $107,000 and is part of
a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by
a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay
equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all
employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford
Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and
