Job Description We at MASC Medical are representing a well-established mental health practice in Danbury, Connecticut, that is actively seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist with a strong interest or specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. This is a full-time, flexible opportunity offering a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth care. Position Overview Title : Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (General Psychiatrists with youth experience also considered) Location : Danbury, CT Schedule : 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s); hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care Call : Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients 1 weekend every 4 weeks Start Date : Immediate (1 provider leaving now, 1 by year-end) Practice Details Practice Type : Outpatient Mental Health Team Composition : 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level Patient Volume : 150–200 patients/week across the group Population : ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment) Credentialing Timeline : 6–8 weeks MASC104 Requirements Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent BC preferred) Open to new graduates No visa sponsorship at this time No foreign language requirement Benefits Compensation & Benefits Base Salary : $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater) Bonus : Productivity-based Benefits Include : Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance CME allowance 401(k) with 3.5% match Vacation tailored to clinician preference Licensing fee support Malpractice insurance provided Partnership Track : Buy-in opportunity included in contract
