Overview:Leverage an existing bariatric patient base of over 10,000
with built-in referral volume Benefit from nationally recognized
direct-to-consumer marketing and strong branding Tap into exclusive
direct-to-employer referral relationships targeting orthopedic
procedures (especially total joint replacements) Utilize a
high-performance ASC network across the tri-state area equipped for
total joint cases Operate within a collaborative, multidisciplinary

role in building and directing the orthopedic service line with
potential partnership and leadership tracks Compensation &
Benefits:Competitive compensation starting at $275,000, with range

future partnership opportunities Responsibilities:Conduct patient
evaluations via history, physical exam, and diagnostic imaging
(X-rays, MRI, CT) Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions: arthritis,
fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries Perform surgical
procedures: joint replacements, arthroscopy, fracture repairs, soft
tissue reconstruction Provide non-operative treatments: medication
management, referrals to physical therapy, prescribing orthopedic
devices (casts, braces) Monitor postoperative recovery and modify
treatment plans accordingly Educate patients and families on
diagnoses, treatments, and prevention strategies Collaborate with
mid-level practitioners and specialists in behavioral health,
cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonary care, and nutrition Support
perioperative and postoperative care in both hospital and
outpatient clinic settings Offer call coverage and clinical support
