Laurel Manor Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional patient care and support, aligning with our commitment to enhance the lives of our residents through expert healthcare and personal touch. As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary health team to execute personalized care plans, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our patients in our state-of-the-art facility. Provide basic care to patients and assist them in daily activities such as eating, bathing, and moving. Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions. Communicate regularly with nurses and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and updates. Ensure the environment is safe and clean for patients. Support patients’ emotional and social needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical stamina and strength necessary for patient mobility assistance. Empathy and commitment to patients' health and well-being. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
