Sayville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN at our facility, you will play a critical role in the daily care of patients, working closely with RNs and physicians to deliver comprehensive nursing care. Ideal candidates will possess a strong dedication to patient health, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Monitor patient health and record signs and symptoms. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care. Collaborate with registered nurses and doctors to plan and manage patient care. Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and patient safety standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in administering medications and providing treatments. Ability to maintain accurate patient records. Capability to educate patients and their families effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Practical Nurse license in the state of employment. CPR certification.
