Job Description ProKatchers is seeking a local contract Pharmacy Technician for a local contract job in New York, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pharmacy Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, evenings, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Shift Details: Evening/Night Shifts. Experience: Hospital and/or Retail (chain preferred) experience required. Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, pharmacy technicians will assist pharmacists in preparation, distribution of medications, and maintaining drug inventory. Education: High School Diploma. License: Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Pharmacy Technician by the NYSED. Certificate: Must be PTCB Certified.
