This contract-to-hire position involves delivering direct and indirect healthcare services to students, ensuring their well-being throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct healthcare to students including health assessments, first aid, and emergency care. - Administer prescribed medications and monitor students medical needs in line with established healthcare plans. - Maintain accurate and confidential health records documenting all care provided. - Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support students with special health conditions. - Conduct routine health screenings such as vision and hearing assessments and refer students for additional evaluation as needed. Qualifications: - Active and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Authorization to work in the United States. - Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
